- Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user-friendliness to complex design roadblocks.
- Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
- Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to iterate on design solutions.
- An entrepreneurial mindset: everything can be done. If there's a problem, it gets solved. If you don't know something, you learn it.
- To thrive in this environment, you’ll be motivated to ship product fast - you prioritise speed, are always itching to move faster, and want to put things in the hands of customers to get critical feedback in days, not months.
Highlights:
- Earning opportunity: let's cut to the chase. The stock options at current value could be worth 10 or 20 times as much in 5 years. Early employees of startups (even moderately successful ones) are now millionaires. No company can offer you such earning opportunities so quickly
- Planning the product roadmap based on customer feedback together with the founding team, the CTO and the other developers.
- Annual salary: €45k + stock options. The fact that you're willing to come work for us motivated more by stock options than by the annual salary is already an indication that you meet many of our requirements.
- Career opportunities: just look at the C-Level executives of successful startups (even Italian ones, no need to look far).
